Victory does not mean the elimination of problems. His is a supernatural supply in the midst of our persecution. By faith, we are complete in Him, this is our victory. As trials still come, our dependence on Him deepens; then, we are that much more victorious. This is the refiner’s fire we read about in God’s Word. His desire is to transform us into the image of Christ.
<itunes:subtitle>We abide in what we already have in Christ, no matter what - 1/22/26</itunes:subtitle><itunes:author/><itunes:duration>00:57:50</itunes:duration>

We can have joy in chaos, and peace that makes no sense - 1/21/26
<itunes:title>We can have joy in chaos, and peace that makes no sense - 1/21/26</itunes:title><itunes:summary>We can have joy in chaos, and peace that makes no sense. Justification can only come when we place our faith in God’s redemption plan, which is Jesus Christ and Him crucified. Abraham, even under the Old Covenant, placed his faith in a future redeemer, which imputed to him the righteousness of God, for he believed God and him alone. The promise of God to Abraham wasn’t just referring to a physical manifestation of a son. Abraham saw something so much greater. He waited for some 25 years for the birth of Isaac. Anything God reveals to any human being will be proven in scripture; if it cannot be, then it’s not of God. Justification is a necessity for all. It is a legal declaration, which frees us from the penalty of sin, and gives believers imputed righteousness of Christ. To experience justification, all we need is to believe in the finished work of Christ for our lives.
<itunes:subtitle>Justification is a necessity for all - 11/5/25</itunes:subtitle><itunes:author/><itunes:duration>00:57:52</itunes:duration>

Where is boasting then? - 11/4/25
<itunes:title>Where is boasting then? - 11/4/25</itunes:title><itunes:summary>Where is boasting then? We must not have confidence in our flesh, we are only confident because of our faith in His finished work. Brother Borg reminds us, we must know the depth of our depravity and our need for Him. We must know that circumcision of the heart is what is needed for salvation. Living a life of religious activity alone, will not result in making glory. The true love of God not only saves, but it transforms by the power of the Holy Spirit alone. His loves must be a transforming love, it is not one that will affirm us in our sin.
<itunes:subtitle>Understanding the Keeping of the Law - 10/6/25</itunes:subtitle><itunes:author/><itunes:duration>00:57:44</itunes:duration>

The circumcision of the heart - 10/3/25
<itunes:title>The circumcision of the heart - 10/3/25</itunes:title><itunes:summary>The circumcision of the heart is important to understand. Today on The Message of The Cross, Pastor Loren Larson and panel discuss the blinding of the laws of Old to those Jews who did not understand the work verses faith. Reading, Jeremiah 31:33, Brother Jonathan explains the salvation of the Old Covenant through the law. In the New Covenant, faith in Christ’s ultimate sacrifice on the Cross brings it from an outward faith to an inward faith with a circumcision of the heart. Being born again comes after the Cross of Calvary, where our heart is changed, and a new Spirit comes within. This faith in Christ’s death removes the stony heart as prophesied in the Ezekiel 36:25-27.</itunes:summary>
The circumcision of the heart is important to understand. We are New Covenant men and women, and we can only enter into it by faith and trusting exclusively in who Christ is and what He has done.
